Management process
Quality control management emphasizes the quality responsibility of production operators, requiring that the actions of each operation cycle must be regular and repetitive, and all inspections must be carried out within each operation cycle; Set quality goals for each process, requiring all members to understand the status of goal achievement and establish a visual performance indicator achievement status. Personnel in the process where defective products occur must immediately carry out on-site repair and correction measures, and be responsible to the end.
Once any defects are found within the process, the operator must immediately stop the production line and take action to address their root causes. The machines, personnel, and materials that produce defective products should be immediately identified, and the "real culprit" causing the defect should be identified and dealt with in a timely manner.
