The project products are produced by the internationally leading "sol gel" preparation process. The company owns the completely independent intellectual property rights of this technology, forming a complete intellectual property protection system, and the core technology cannot be copied.

In 2021, the alumina PCW fibre production line will complete 13 equipment upgrading and transformation projects throughout the year, greatly improving product stability, and the capacity of a single production line will continue to exceed 100 tons.

In 2021, the alumina fibre liner project was put into production. Since the first experimental product was launched in March, six different surface density product models of 1200 to 2400 have been developed. The product series has been continuously improved, the product performance has been steadily improved, and the market service and competitiveness have been continuously enhanced. It has been listed as the preferred project in the provincial major project library.

In December 2021, the alumina continuous fibre project was successfully put into production, with a number of core equipment software copyrights, breaking through the "sol gel" technology equipment continuous and automated operation production card, forming a standard industrial central control operating procedures, and the 100 ton scale industrial operation is comparable to the international level. The fibre continuity and mechanical properties have met the requirements of relevant application departments, and successfully achieved import substitution.
