95-N type alumina fibre has a higher service temperature than 72-M type alumina fibre, and is processed into fibreboard, fibre profiled parts and other forms, which are used in high-temperature insulation, aerospace and other fields.
Product introduction

95type-N polycrystalline alumina fibre is mainly composed of 95% Al2O3 and 5% SiO2, and is prepared by the internationally leading "sol gel" method. This fibre has excellent high-temperature stability and chemical stability, and has the best high-temperature resistance in Dongheng fibre products.

Product performance

Excellent high and low temperature resistance

α- The service temperature of Al2O3 Fibre is up to 1400℃-1800℃; After treatment with liquid nitrogen (- 196℃) for 24 hours, the strength did not decrease.


Acid and alkali resistance

Retention rate of fibre strength after soaking in 10% alkali solution for 24h: NaOH -- 40%; KOH--65%; NH4OH--95%; The fibre strength retention rate after soaking in 10% acid solution for 24h: HCl-96%; H2SO4--95%;  HNO3--96%;  H3PO4--95%。


Slag free ball

Our fibre are shot free (≥ 45 μ m), the fibre strength has been improved to a certain extent. At the same time, because the thermal insulation and fire resistance of the fiber are inversely proportional to the shot content, the lower the shot content, the higher the thermal insulation and fire resistance.


Excellent electrical insulation

The resistance of alumina fibre decreases with the increase of temperature. Above 600℃, the resistance tends to be constant. The dielectric constant and dielectric loss of alumina fibre are basically stable at high temperature and are suitable for high temperature wave transmission materials.


Excellent flexibility

Good flexibility: the fibre has high flexibility and is not easy to break in the process of acupuncture. It is a very suitable product for acupuncture.
